Campo Aventura has updated and strengthened its Privacy Policy in compliance with the provisions of Law No. 67/98 of 26 October, still in force, and in compliance with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 of the EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT and of the COUNCIL of 27 April 2016, reflecting the fundamental principles of data protection.

Campo Aventura's main activity is to promote school programmes and holiday camps, but it is also concerned with privacy and security in the processing of users' personal data, namely the information collected or analysed through the digital platforms that Campo Aventura uses to communicate, namely through the website & customer platform, especially when the user interacts through this medium.

The personal data that you provide through this website and customer platform will be processed electronically by Campo Aventura, SA, legal entity number 504122983, the Data Controller.

Campo Aventura is responsible for the processing of personal data within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation, through the following web domains: www.campoaventura.pt and http://www.campoaventura.org/clientes/index.php

Some personal data is essential in order to use the services provided by Campo Aventura. If you choose not to provide certain mandatory information, you will not be able to use the respective services, i.e., the absence/refusal of the requested personal data makes participation/registration in Campo Aventura impossible, as without this information the risks arising from its absence are clearly high.

As part of its activities, Campo Aventura collects and processes the personal data of data subjects that is strictly necessary for the provision of the services indicated above by category, when you register using the respective service form – programmes, or sign up to receive communications, newsletters, news and marketing campaigns.


Campo Aventura's services are intended for minors. The Regulation stipulates that in order for the data of a minor under the age of 13 to be processed, they must have the consent of their parent or guardian. Therefore, at the time of registration, the EE certifies this authorisation.


Data Retention, Storage, and Security
Personal information provided in connection with the use of the website/customer platform is protected in several ways.

The data collected in forms resides on servers with adequate protection and technological security measures, which are implemented by the website development area.

Campo Aventura makes every effort to protect the personal data sent through the forms, both during transmission and after receiving them. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Nevertheless, we make every effort to implement and maintain physical, electronic and procedural security measures designed to protect your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

The period of time during which your data is stored and retained varies according to the purpose for which the information is processed. In fact, there are legal requirements that oblige us to retain data for a minimum period of time.

Therefore, whenever there is no specific legal requirement, data will be stored and retained only for the maximum period necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or further processed, after which it will be deleted.

Specifically, data collected through registration forms is retained in our databases for a period of one year in the case of requests for information where there is no subsequent activity, or until the data subject objects in the case of marketing communications.

In any case, you will be informed of the measures taken in this regard within a maximum of 30 days from the moment the request is made.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Data Protection Commission.

Can I revoke my consent later?
If consent is legally required for the processing of personal data, the data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time, although this right does not compromise the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent previously given, nor the subsequent processing of the same data, based on another legal basis, such as compliance with the contract or legal obligation to which Campo Aventura is subject.
