All valuable items (cameras, mobile phones, money, or other items considered valuable) must be handed over to the coordinator on the first day of camp, who will be responsible for them. If they remain in the participant's possession (with the exception of mobile phones, where this option does not exist), the coordinator will not be held responsible for their disappearance.
• Campo Aventura advises that all other items be identified and accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or misplacement of any kind of belongings.
• Is the programme subject to change? It should also be noted that the activity plan may be subject to change, at the discretion of the coordinator of each group, due to external factors or in the interests of the participants (weather conditions, safety concerns, transport delays, a one-off event of interest, etc.).
• When you enrol your student in a Campo Aventura programme, it is assumed that they have given their authorisation for filming and photography to be used for the promotion of the company, namely in catalogues, on the website, etc. If you do not give your authorisation, you must inform the person responsible for the school organising the visit, so that they can pass this information on to us. Failure to indicate otherwise will be considered as authorisation on the part of the Head of Education.
• Mobile phones are not permitted during activities. They will only be permitted between 7:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
• Alcohol, tobacco, and drugs are prohibited.
• Participants, even if of legal age, are not permitted to smoke during their stay at Campo Aventura. Smoking is also prohibited inside the Campo Aventura premises.
NOTE: Participants who do not comply with this rule will be automatically asked to leave the Adventure Camp without any right to a refund.
